Farmhouse Orbetello

The city center of Orbetello, of ancient etruscan and roman origins, occupies a small piece of land set in the middle of the eponymous lagoon. The town divides the lagoon in two half separating the East Lagoon from the West Lagoon.
Today Orbetello is an appreciated tourist destination of the tuscan coast, famous for the peculiar landscape of the lagoon and of the two sandy strips that separates it from the sea. These latter are the Tombolo della Giannella and Tombolo della Feniglia and are two of the most beautiful and popular beaches of the area.
In facts, besides the old town rich in monuments, Orbetello boasts numerous beaches and pristine coves with crystal clear sea. Here is possible to practice surf and windsurf, but even go for a sailing trip to discover the coast and the Argentario. Who prefer to stay with feet on the ground can choose among the many possible activities in the nearby Natural Park of Maremma.
